Episode 20: DIY Scented Epsom Salts – A Spa Effect with Essential Oils

In this video, Kathleen shares how to transform bath into spa in this series about self care, where she starts by talking about the benefits of a few scents for aromatherapy. For starters, she recommends the use of essential oils in DIY bath salts and in a simple essential oil diffuser. She explains her simple method of making affordable bath salts with just a few drops of sweet orange essential oil, and she also gives her recipe for spa scented baths with lavender essential oil mixed with eucalyptus essential oil in a diffuser. She mentions a favorite use for tea tree and peppermint essential oils as well, blended together with lavender in a salve.
